The foundation work for Niedermühlbichler Bau took place in 1961 in Spittal an der Drau, and the company moved to Seeboden in 1964. Today, as a long-established company in Upper Carinthia, we employ around 40 local staff, including four apprentices.
Our services in residential and house construction
Initially, our services were primarily focused on railway and civil engineering. Over the years, however, we have increasingly expanded our scope to include building construction.
Our focus is now on the construction of detached and multi-family homes. We take just as much pleasure in the rehabilitation, conversion and extension of existing buildings as we do in the planning and execution of a complete new build. We are also experts when it comes to floor slabs for prefabricated houses.
Alongside our wide range of services in Building construction, our staff also undertake work in the field of civil engineering. Whether it involves excavation or earthworks, the design of outdoor facilities or garden areas, or the construction of retaining walls and utility lines. Our aim is always to fulfil our clients’ wishes to their complete satisfaction.

In our in-house apprenticeship training centre, we have trained over 300 apprentices during the decades of our company’s existence. And new ones join us every year. Something we are very proud of.
