ACM GmbH is planning a new Alpine campsite for the Spittal an der Drau district, located on the south-western edge of Mallnitz village. By December 2019, the 5.8ha site will boast 95 spacious camping pitches and year-round mobile homes. 18 cabins in the south-western section of the site will form a chalet village.

Camping by the pistes.
The main building and visitors’ car park will be located in the centre of the new Alpin Camping Mallnitz site. To the north, a 130m by 50m alpine meadow slopes gently down to the valley floor, which will become a ski slope in winter. The project aims to provide every camping pitch with water and wastewater removal, electricity, cable TV and WiFi facilities. There will also be drying rooms for skiing gear, a washing machine area and a dishwashing area. The children’s playground is to follow shortly.
Niedermühlbichler Baugesellschaft m.b.H. is responsible for construction of the main building and the three facility blocks. Solid construction (vertically perforated bricks) will be used for the structures once the foundation slabs and built-in elements are complete. NMB is also coordinating the various specialised departments (carpentry, HVAC, internal plastering, etc.) and supporting the client with additional construction supervision.
